Derek Sheckman Teen Center

The Derek Sheckman Teen Center is an open, inviting place for young people. This is the place to grow, make friends and belong.

The Teen Center has computers with internet access, pool table, ping pong, fooseball, Nintendo game systems, cable television and stereo. All this located right next to the JCC gym! An adult staff person trained to work with teens always supervises the teen center.

Sunday Mon-Thurs Friday
4:00PM - 8:00PM 2:30PM - 7:00PM 1:45PM - 5:00PM
The above hours are effective May 19 through June 21. The Teen Center will be open Saturday night after Shabbat if there is a scheduled program. All times are subject to change.
Programs the teen department offers:
  • Teen Leadership Council
  • JCC Maccabi Games
  • Mitzvah Corps Community Service Programs
  • Teen Birthday Parties
  • Special Events: Teen Nights, 3 on 3 basketball tournaments
