The J’s heated Indoor Pool is home to the JCC Sea Serpents swim team, Group Ex classes, swimming lessons, physical therapy sessions and Family Swim. Check out the schedule HERE.

• Monday-Thursday: 4:00-5:00pm
• Tuesday & Thursday: 4:00-6:30pm (Shallow-end only 5:00-6:30pm)
• Friday: 2:30-4:00pm
• Sat/Sun: 12:30-5:00pm
