Parent and Tot Swim – Register HERE
This is the exciting first dip into the pool for children and we make it special for everyone involved! Parents bring their children (ages 6 months to 3 years) into the pool for a fun lesson with one of our wonderful instructors. Sing songs, dance in the water and more.
NEW this Fall! We’re offering Parent and Tot on Sundays in two age groups: 6 months-2 years and 2-3 years.
Swim diapers are required.
Starfish: Level 1 – Register HERE
Your children will learn basic swimming skills in this fun, no pressure class. They’ll practice blowing bubbles, floating and kicking.
Seahorse: Level 2 – Register HERE
Ready for the next level! Children learn important skills such as beginner front and back crawl, floating, glides (prone and supine), seated dives and treading water.
Prerequisites: Successful completion of Level 1 or children must be able to easily enter the water and be comfortable participating in small groups.
Combo Starfish and Seahorse – Register HERE
This convenient option is for families who want a Level 1 or Level 2 class, but can’t make the scheduled times. Children learn skills from Starfish and Seahorse classes, including submerging their faces, floating and elementary front crawl.
Barracuda: Level 3 – Register HERE
On the move! Students improve their front and back crawl by learning rotary breathing and body rotation. Breast stroke, underwater swimming, dolphin kick and diving will be introduced.
Prerequisites: Successful completion of Level 2 or ability to float and swim independently on front and back for at least 10 yards.
Dolphin: Level 4 – Register HERE
Students will improve their stroke technique and endurance in front and back crawl, breast stroke, elementary back stroke and treading. They’ll refine their diving skills, too.
Prerequisites: Successful completion of Level 3 or basic front crawl and back crawl for 15 yards. Children must be comfortable in deep water.
Sharks: Level 5 – Register HERE
Sharks learn to dive from our diving board! They also learn the butterfly and open and flip turns, while practicing the back crawl and breast stroke.
Prerequisites: Successful completion of Level 4 or ability to easily swim the entire length of pool, exhibit good technique in front and back crawl and swim underwater 10 yards.
Advanced Swim: Level 6 – Register HERE
Getting ready for Swim Team! These students take on all strokes at longer distances, increasing strength and endurance.
Prerequisites: Successful completion of Level 5 and the ability to comfortably swim 50 yards of front and back crawl and breast stroke.
Create a Swim Class – Register HERE
Our classes fill quickly and we want to make sure you have the chance to learn to swim! If you have at least three participants of a similar level, we will find you an instructor and place in the pool for your lessons. Get the most out of your time in the pool! Our private lessons with expert instructors are perfect for the first-time swimmer, the nervous swimmer or for specialized instruction.
Semi-private lessons are similar to the private lesson for two swimmers of similar levels. Special pricing available for siblings.

This program, for children to young adults with special needs, features 40 minutes of Gym and 40 minutes of Swim to develop gross motor skills, teamwork and a positive self-image in a non-competitive environment.
Participants must be able to change into their bathing suits on their own or have the assistance of a parent or guardian.

Springboard Diving – Register HERE
Learn the basics of Springboard Diving, including proper technique and diving safety in a fun environment.
Prerequisite: Successful completion of Level 3 or basic front crawl and back crawl for 15 yards. Children must be comfortable in deep water, and have the ability to demonstrate a standing dive from the side of the pool.
