Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga REGISTER

Try Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga in the JCC’s Indoor Pool. With your paddleboard floating in the water, yoga poses naturally become more refined and intense. You’ll find deeper focus and concentration to stay balanced.
Participants may wear bathing suit or fitness apparel.

Try a FREE class on Thursday, 1/9 at 8:00 am; Saturday, 1/11 at 12:00pm and Tuesday, 2/4 at 7:00pm.

Slope Ready REGISTER

Get yourself into great skiing shape for the slopes! In this focused, skiing-specific training, you’ll build strength by concentrating on legs and core. You’ll also work on stability, balance, power and endurance.

Senior Strength & Balance REGISTER

Get fit in this fun, energetic class that will allow our seasoned members to work on their balance by incorporating specific core or abdominal exercises. These core exercises — combined with standing balance exercises — will build strength week after week. Participants will also learn proper form and techniques to work on their balance issues.

**Those participants that can’t stand for a length of time can participate while sitting in chairs.
