Registration Fees
The JCC encourages monthly, automatic deductions from your checking or savings account, or VISA/MC credit cards. Please fill out the "membership agreement" form. This is a commitment that is renewable on an annual basis.

It is the policy of the JCCNS that no one is denied membership due to an inability to pay the full fee. Applications for financial assistance are available at the front desk.
Membership Year
- JCC Membership gives you an opportunity to enjoy twelve months of exciting and varied activities
- Your first year of membership is prorated until Decemeber 31
- Subsequent dues will be billed every January
Membership Cards
MEMBERS MUST PRESENT THEIR CARDS AT THE MEMBERSHIP SERVICES DESK IN THE FRONT LOBBY EACH TIME THE BUILDING IS ENTERED
- Membership cards are not transferable
- There is a charge of $5.00 for replacing lost membership tags
